My mother-tongue is Korean. But I've learned English, Japanese and Chinese. So I truly understand how difficult learning languages is. I'm very positive, patient and enthusiastic. And I prepare each lesson only for A student. For example, if a student has a tendency to make mistakes using the present perfect, I usually prepare more focused lessons that he or she can repeatedly practice using the present perfect. I have never liked boring lessons and I like dynamism, so I would define myself a teacher who likes that students can learn having fun and with joy. At the same time, I adore grammar and I think it is very important to study and internalize it in order to speak well a foreign language. Finally, during my classes I like to speak a little bit about culture of the language we are studying and to do some language structure’s comparisons which are very interesting to understand how languages work (a little bit of linguistics help).

The former provided me with extensive training in translation, interpretation, and literary analysis from both historical and modern perspectives.
