In our trial lesson, either we will meet each other or have a conversation-based lesson.I'm going to let you know my teaching materials in the process. If you want to walk with me in your language acquisition adventure; I will prepare a suitable program for you according to your language level, age, interests, expectations from Turkish and which language skills you want to improve more.
I always try to be energetic and smiling in my classes. My main goal is to teach in a fun way without boring the learner.

Dil edinme serüveninizde benimle beraber yürümek isterseniz; dil seviyenize, yaşınıza, ilgi alanlarınıza, Türkçeden beklentinize ve hangi dil becerinizi daha çok geliştirmek istediğinize göre sizin için uygun bir program hazırlayacağım.

Hello, I'm Bilal Varol
In this lesson, I prepare a suitable ground for a natural conversation by asking questions that are appropriate for your level. We can talk in various fields such as history, culture, literature, sports, movies, technology. Because practice is the best way to learn the language. We can also talk about any topic you bring to class.
I think, in conversation lessons, the person who acquires the language should speak more than the teacher. For this reason, I will try to generate an environment where you can talk freely, defend your ideas, and inform the other party about your interests and culture.

Bu dersimizde size, seviyenize uygun sorular sorarak doğal bir konuşma için uygun bir zemin hazırlayacağım. Tarih, kültür, edebiyat, spor, filmler,teknoloji gibi çeşitli alanlarda konuşabiliriz. Çünkü pratik yapmak dili edinmenin en iyi yoludur. Aynı zamanda derse getireceğiniz herhangi bir konu üzerinde de konuşabiliriz.
Konuşma derslerinde dili edinen kişinin öğretmenden daha fazla konuşması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu sebeple size rahatça konuşabileceğiniz, fikirlerinizi müdafaa edebileceğiniz, ilgi alanlarınız ve kültürünüz hakkında karşı tarafa bilgi verebildiğiniz bir ortam oluşturmaya gayret edeceğim.

Conversation Lesson

Hi, there! I'm Bilal Varol.
In this series, I will help you learn Turkish through different materials such as reading texts, pictures, audio recordings, grammar papers and much more.
The most important thing in language acqusition is persistence. So, I will follow your progress and motivate you in the way of Turkish
I know the feeling of being a student. I know how nervous and scary it might be. So, I have a relaxed approach to the students. I'll try to do my best to make the lessons engaging and fun. You will learn lots of things with me including Turkish words (how to use it in a meaningful context), reading (how to read efficiently)and Turkish grammar. Just trust me and book a lesson to improve your Turkish. I hope to see you in a one to one session very soon.

Uzun bir zamandır dil öğrenen konumunda bulunmuş ve hala da bulunmakta olan bir öğretmen olarak zaman zaman yaşamış olduğunuz sıkıntıları, stresi, umutsuzluğu ve korkuyu biliyorum. Bu sebeple dil edinme yolculuğunuzda size rehberlik etmek ve bu sıkıntıları bir eğlenceye ve zevke dönüştürmek istiyorum.

General Lessons (Grammar topics, Pronunciation, Speaking, Listening, Reading and Vocabulary))

In this section, which I have prepared for students at C1 level and above, we will discuss Turkish culture, literary richness of Turkish, interesting stories of the origins of words, the great representatives of Turkish literature in our country, Turkish poetry, the city of Istanbul, which has been the capital of empires for 16 centuries, and the history of Turks on an intellectual basis. Thus, you will encounter riches that popular culture has never and will never be able to offer you about Turkish culture. Sometimes it will be a thinker, sometimes a writer. Sometimes you will hear traditional music, sometimes we will analyse old Turkish. We will also learn together words that you have never heard anywhere and are rarely used in everyday language. While doing all this, I will also enrich the lessons with my own texts and audio files. 

Who CAN take these courses?
-Those who are a C1 or higher level of Turkish. But this is NOT enough.
-Those who also are an intellectual curiosity about Turkish culture, Turkish history and Turkish literature.

Who SHOULD take these courses?
-Those who are academicians researching on Ottoman history or Seljuk history.
-Those in love with Turkish poetry and books.
-Those who want to learn about Istanbul's cultural assets in detail.

NOTE 1 : If you are not sure whether your level is sufficient for this course, you can take a trial lesson before taking this course.

NOTE 2 : This course is not a course that can be given by any teacher with a Turkish teaching certificate, but requires a lot of knowledge and labour. So, this course is a bit more expensive than my other courses. 

NOTE 3 : If you take this course as a package, you are in my special interest and radar. That means I will take care of you every day.
