こんにちは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

今日はサウナについて話そうと思います。
みなさんはサウナに行きますか？

ぼくは今までほとんど行ったことがなかったんです。
ですが、最近行ってとても良かったのでその話をしようと思います。



サウナはフィンランドが発祥とされるようです。
石を積み上げたストーブを高温に加熱して、そこに水をかけて蒸気を発生させます。

室内温度は60〜90℃ぐらいです。

サウナに数分入った後、外に出て水風呂に入ったり、外の空気にふれた後、またサウナに入る、ということを繰り返します。これによって、体の中はアドレナリンがたくさん出ている興奮状態と体の外は外気温に触れてリラックスするという特別な状態が生まれます。

これが、最近の日本では"ととのう"という状態だそうです。Wikipedia情報ですが、間違ってたらすみません。

サウナに行っている人はそのとても気持ちいい状態があることは知っていると思います。

日常では味わうことのない、脱力感というか、開放感というか、そんな不思議な感覚です。

個人的には乾燥肌でアトピー性皮膚炎もあるので、発汗、汗をかくことはとても大切なんですね。ですので、僕にとっては健康でいるための良い方法だと思います。

体も気持ちもリフレッシュできるサウナ、もし行ったことがない人はぜひ行ってみてください！めっちゃ気持ちいいですよ！

Hoy vamos a comentar el origen interesante de algunos de estos galicismos y también vamos a ver algunas palabras del día usadas en español y que vienen del país vecino.
