I’m not the most informed person on this topic.
However, I know sugar doesn’t benefit so much our bodies, it might depend on the amount and the processes the sugar has gone through. For example, I would say panela is healthier than white sugar.
There is also refined carbohydrates that tend to become sugar in our bodies.
Regarding sugar from the fruits, I don’t think is dangerous because is natural and probably is a better source of sugar because is not processed.
