- Hi Steph,
how are you? I AM HAVING (have) a lovely time here in Spain. Sorry I HAVEN'T BEEN WRITING (not write) to you for ages but I HAVE BEEN WORKING (work) hard here in Spain since I arrived six weeks ago. I AM STAYING (stay) with a lovely family who LIVES (live) in a village near Ronda. I THINK (think) you'd like it here. The parents are called Diego and Elena. Diego's family HAS ALWAYS LIVED (always live) here so everybody KNOWS (know) them. My job is to look after their 3 children who are 5, 8 and 13. I GET UP (get up) every morning at about 6:30 as school STARTS (start) early here but then I am free till they get home at 2:30. I am supposed to work on Saturdays but if Diego and Elena are here they often GIVE (give) me the day off. They HAVE GONE (go) to Madrid this weekend so I AM LOOKING AFTER (look after) the children. They HAVE BEEN PLAYING (play) in the garden since breakfast though and they're quite happy so I AM WRITING (write) emails all morning. I HAVE SENT (send) six so far. The 2 younger children are very sweet but the teenager IS ALWAYS COMPLAINING (always complain) about something. I REMEMBER (remember) being like that though when I was 13. I won't see you until the end of September because I HAVE CHANGED (change) my flight. I WANT (want) to travel around Spain before I come home.
Write back and tell me your news.
Love, Sal
