My favorite hobby lately is yoga. I really love it. It helps me with my back
issues, so I recommend it 100 %. Yoga also helps you to achieve flexibility and
clear your mind because it is an activity that makes you aware of the present
moment and helps you to forget everything else. You don’t need to be an athlete or exercise lover. Actually, I used to hate working out and any kind of sport, but since I started doing yoga, class I really enjoy the time I spend doing it.
