Until now, I've been saying that I'm going to lose weight every year, but after all, I ended up without losing weight. I'll definitely lose weight and become cute!

Every year, (until now,) I've been saying that I'm going to lose weight, but (after all), I ended up without /not losing any weight. This time I'll definitely lose weight and become cute!

The text is quite comprehensible though there are some “strange” expressions. “After all” is used (though I admit I’m not a native speaker) in a rather weird way. It usually means “at the end of the day” or “despite that” or “actually (in an explanation)”; Eg.1 After all, nobody but the patient has the right to refuse the treatment 2 I’ll come to the concert, they’re my favourite band after all. In stead of “become” you could also use “get”.
