The first thing that I've learned on my skin to improve the sleep quality is to wait at least one hour and half before going to bed after the last meal, that has to be preferibily light and plant based.
Being a morning person, the earlier I go to sleep, the better it is, because the day after I have more free time to enjoy out of my work schedule.
I find also fundamental keeping away smartphone and any other technological devices, that with their led screens blind and tire the eyes.
