Bean juice豆汁 It was the first time I tried bean juice, I bought one pack of bean juice, poured it in a kettle and heated it. I boiled it first and I could see some pieces of tofu floating at the surface. I poured it out and tried to heat it again at a lower temperature. It was better this time (picture 2, I’m afraid there is only one picture :)). It tasted a little sour and unique. I didn't like it but I like to try new things. If you visit Beijing, I’d recommend you try bean juice, you can't get it in other cities. 第一次尝试豆汁，我买了一袋豆汁用烧水壶加热。第一次加热至沸腾，看到豆汁上面漂着好多豆腐脑，倒掉用更低的温度重新加热一杯，这次豆汁看起来好一些。豆汁尝起来有点酸，味道很很独特。我不喜欢这个味道，但我喜欢尝试一些新事物。如果你到北京，我建议你试试豆汁，在其它地方可吃不到它。
