People don't say "oftenly", we just say "often" which means the same thing. I think you mean "because of its" instead of "because if its". I assume you did the double question mark in number 2 because you want to know if the word 'workplace' is appropriate there, so I will say it's understandable but I would look for a better term, for example "workplace facilities" would be clearer and more precise there. As for whether those 3 phrases make sense, I would say the first two roughly make sense, yes, but the third does not make so much sense, however, with slight changes it could make sense, for example if you add the word "request" to the beginning then it would appear to be a pair of options for someone to choose from, and I would remove the word "opening" from the end because it doesn't add value and is gramatically wrong, or you could change it to "request the continuity of the library staying open" which would be gramatically valid and cohesive.
