That would include a number of things as there is no one size fits all. But mostly diet. A healthy balanced diet does more for our health than anything else. I am not talking of restrictive diets because these many be harmful on the long run. Second is exercise. It helps to keep your body functioning well while keep fit and burning excess calories. Lastly, would be healthy habits. Avoiding excessive drinking of alcohol and smoking is beneficial for one’s health.
