Avocados are definitely at the top of my list of healthy foods to eat. Not only does this fruit contain healthy fats that your body needs, it also contains fiber, potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K1, folate, and vitamin B-6 just to name a few.
