Disappearance of tutoring courses.

Hello Tutors. I made a few courses after the beta italki was introduced under different tags and categories. The courses were pretty essential and different from the informal course. I was teaching through those courses when yesterday my students complained that their desired beginner and literature courses are not there. I contact support and they gave me an answer which didn't make anything clear to me. I emailed again hopefully this time it would make sense.

Am I doing something wrong? Why are we given the option of private courses when they are not visible for students?

Did you make private courses and are they working for you?

As a student I didn't know that private courses existed but they seem like a good idea, maybe they will come back. I can see that italki is still under development.

I was contemplating on making personalized courses myself but I wanted to hear what others have to say about it first. Based on your experience, I don’t think it is a good idea. Thanks for the heads up. I hope they fix it.
