You should do sport or..... do sport.
Walking, hiking are a sport. Don't imagine you need to do intensive sport.
Associated with a balanced food, you will feel better quickly.
Do you eat fastfood? You have to exclude fastfood.
What weight at you?
Nothing better than becoming Vegan ! It's perfect to have a perfect harmony between weight and health :)
Add some sport and it will be perfect !
