when it comes to serious matter i am confused

Hello everybody!

 I have been absent for a long time for some personnal reasons and I really missed this site.

 Being a French and Arabic speaker, I know and realise that my English is very basic but at least I can express myself when I am with frends.

But the problem is that I am looking for a job and English is very important for that job since everything there is conducted in English, and I will lose self confidence if I were to be talking with someone and that person would just focus on my English instead of what I am talking about.

This prevented me from looking for a job and it really upsets me
