Writing an informal letter describing a house for rent Dear Jane, Thanks for your letter and sorry I haven't written for so long. I'm writting to let you know that I think I've found a perfect flat for you. It's located in a really nice place. It's a quiet area,but the best thing about it that it is less than 5 minute to the supermarket and bus station./ The rent for the flat is $200 a week. The flat is at the 3 storey building at the first floor. The house is really charming outside. It's got a patio and is surrounded by a beautifull garden/ Inside the flat is huge and comfortable. It has two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, fully-furnished, modern fitted kitchen where you can cook eveything you want. Let me know if you are interested. I can easily talk to the owner for you.
