Today in launch i decided to make a Kofta " Egyptian Kofta"
with my special touch

# Ingredients
🍗First i get Half a kilo of camel ground meat it tasty and cheaper than beef meet to be honest 😎
🍗 1 Onion
🍗 1 Botao
( Its my trick some people using ∆ rice or breadcrumbs to make it firmed)
🍗 1 egg
🍗 camel hump fat instead of oil its light and it taste us so good.
🍗 Tomato sauce.
🍗 Salt pepper and paprika.
Preparation
👩🍳 Mix all ingredients well
👩🍳 But them in fridge about 15 minutes min.
👩🍳 Then, take a handful of the meat mixture and mold it as you want you can figure it as balls or as fingers
🍳heat the grill using hump fat instead of oil
🍳Place your kofta and grill it for about 5 minutes for each side.
♨️ Then place it in tomato sauce to boil together.
You can serve it with rice or mach botato or spaghetti 🍝
