I went to the gym in a while today. I did weight raning for 30 min and run for 60 min and then stretch. I'm a bit tired. also, I drunk a protein.

I have not been to the gym for quite sometime, though today i went. I did weightlifting for 30min, running for 60min and then some stretching. After the exercises i drank a protein shake and now I am a bit tired. - I exercise too, my advice do running first so you are warm and then do weightlifting, it is not good to do heavy lifting when yuour body is not warm.
