information or informations? if someone pass on couple of news can we say: thank you for these informations or thank you for the information

Yes, "information" is uncountable. To use a plural form, you would use "thank you for these pieces of information." Here's the tip: "information" represents an *unmeasured* collection; the same with knowledge, advice, evidence, work, food, education etc etc. It's also useful to remember abstract nouns (love, justice, happiness and occasionally time) are also uncountable.

Further to the other answers, the word "news" is also uncountable. You cannot have a couple of them!
