Hi guys! Is it correct to say: "Please, pass my regards to her" Basically, it means the same as I say: "Please, say "hi" to her"?

It makes sense but if you want to say this formally you should use the word "convey". The verb 'to pass' usually refers to information. The verb convey is more commonly used with feelings. She was an informer who passed information to the police. Doctors need to pass this information on to their patients. Everyone's invited to the party. Pass it on! [=tell people that everyone is invited] --- Please convey my regards to her. Please convey my apologies to your wife.

You're more likely to hear "Give her my regards" or "Send her my regards" :)
