What do you say when you give something to someone in Japanese? I don't necessarily mean a gift or something big, it can be a mundane everyday thing like tea or the remote control for the television. In English one might say "here you go" or "there you are" or just "here". I wonder if there's an equivalent in Japanese. Thanks in advance.

we just say "hai" when we give something to someone. if you wanna make it more polite, you could say, "douzo" or "hai, douzo" hope it'll help!
