Quando in Italia si dicono "Roma e Toma" cosa significa??

means misunderstanding something for something else that sounds similar but have nothing in common, like roma (the city) and toma (a kind of cheese) vuol dire confondere qualcosa per qualcos'altro che sembrasimile ma è comletamente diverso, come Roma e la toma (il formaggio)
