Since this was my first time with her . She ask me questions in Spanish. I tried my best to reply back in Spanish . Which I liked a lot that she spoke in Spanish and corrected me on my pronunciation.

Lorena is an incredible tutor. Through our weekly meetings, my comfort and enjoyment speaking Spanish has grown exponentially. My initial goal was to become more fluent in conversation so I could serve Spanish-speaking patients. Lorena challenges me during sessions to use more complex grammatical concepts and vocabulary, but somehow our meetings feel relaxed. She has a breadth of knowledge in a diverse range of topics, so I can practice terms related to my profession, but also chat about personal life, politics, literature, and pets. Learning with Lorena has been the best investment I've made the past year.
