She makes learning very easy! She's very encouraging! She encourages speaking & using the vocabulary & grammar that was learned. Even the homework is very useful, it reinforces what was learned in class & she writes down all confusing words & grammar so I can study what I didn't know. Her lessons are SOOOOO useful & I have improved so much & my confidence has shot up!! I love Dia very much & always look forward to our lessons!!

디아씨 is an excellent teacher! My goal in studying Korean was to get a better grasp of grammar. My partner is Korean and he helps me learn new words and phrases, but as a native speaker he struggled to explain grammar rules. When I started taking classes with Dia, she helped me understand the basics to fill in those blanks. We spend plenty of time practicing speaking, listening, and reading, and I get writing practice from homework assignments. These assignments align with Dia’s own curriculum of multiple chapters and matching vocabulary words. I’ve just learned how to count into the millions, and now we are starting place-based content such as rooms and items inside the home as well as locations in the community. To top it off, Dia provides short culture and history lessons as she teaches the language. I can’t express how genuinely helpful and useful my lessons with Dia have been. I've been taking lessons with Dia for about five months now. Dia has remained just as enthusiastic and motivated to help me learn as the first day. I really appreciate that energy and have more confidence during lessons because of it. She is also very understanding if you are shy or nervous. Lessons are well-organized and she never forgets to assign homework for each week.

Dia is a really good teacher that instantly makes you feel relaxed. She uses a PowerPoint for her lessons and makes everything really easy to understand, in lessons you speak, listen and read, with a set homework that you then write in. Even though I already know some basic Korea her lessons are really helping me gain confidence and I look forward to continuing them.
