Lina Budiarti

Lina is a great teacher. Her small-talk method is fun, engaging and effective. I love how we spend a lot of time each lesson just talking - that's fantastic practice! I learn new words in sentences, I listen to the language more when she speaks, and, of course, I try to make sentences on my own. Lina writes everything down so I can read it again and again after our lesson. She prepares very structured and clear materials. I also have homework, and when we check it, Lina asks some additional questions - so from the very beginning (I started from 0), you will talk A LOT during Lina's classes, and that's good. She is super kind and has positive energy. Thank you for guiding me on my way to learn Indonesian :)

I did a trial class with Ibu Lina and she is a great teacher. Her speaking speed and clear speech made her easy to understand and follow along with. She picked up on the vocab I was using and favored those words to facilitate communication. I look forward to taking some classes with her !

Lina is very smart and has lots of interesting things to say, so conversations with her are fun :)) I'm just a beginner and sometimes it takes a few seconds to say what I want to say, but Lina is always extremely patient, waits for me and writes down the new words. Because she speaks only Indonesian all the time, I feel like my listening skills are improving quickly.
