Greetings! Welcome to my profile; I'm thrilled you're here! I'm Katrine, a native Danish teacher from Denmark teaching on Italki. My teaching journey began in Colombia, where I taught English at a school and discovered my passion for education. Having explored various corners of Latin America, I've now settled in Chile, eager to further discover its beauty.
My time abroad allowed me to share my language skills, transitioning to teaching Danish here on Italki. I enjoy connecting with new people, exchanging cultures, and exploring languages. Nature is my sanctuary, and I'm always immersed in a creative art-craft project.

I really enjoyed our lesson with Katrine! She is very attentive, professional and patient. Katrine prepared a lot of useful and fun activities/exercises, we worked on together in class. She creates a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, that encourages to speak and explore the language.

A really enjoyable lesson focusing on Christmas and New Year in Denmark. Lots of opportunities to talk and try out new sayings and expressions. Perfectly paced and the lesson flew past. I also learned more on Danish traditions. Tusind tak for i dag!
