Hello, students, my name is Fortunato, you can call me Fortu. I am a licensed ESL teacher from New York City. -Master’s degree and TESOL certification. -Over 14 years experience teaching adults, teenagers and children. -I was born in NY and I am a native English speaker. -Speak Italian and Spanish at a B2 level (you can ask me questions in Spanish or Italian). -Taught students from over 20 different countries. When I’m not teaching, I LOVE football (soccer), languages, traveling and learning about different cultures. I have been to 36 countries so far…maybe I have been to your country! I recently started to learn Portuguese, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language.

I had the opportunity to take an English class with Fortunato, and it was excellent! The teacher demonstrated a great ability to explain grammatical concepts in a clear and concise manner, adapting to my pace and specific needs. What I highlight most about the class was the practical exercise he taught me.
