I am Elena, I was born and raise in Athens Greece and now I live in a small city in Southwest Greece, Patra. I am science teacher in a junior high school of my country. My first bachelor degree is in Geology and my second one in Spanish language. I have a master degree in education and another one in climate change. I am fluent in English and I had completed a TESL certification program of English in Tennessee Foreign Language Institute in USA. I like reading, watching movies and travelling the world.

I have experience in teaching because I work as a teacher for more than 20 years. I am very friendly and patient and I try to find out the interests and the learning style of every students in order to tailor my materials and meets every student needs. I believe that the best student motivation is on the one hand the supportive environment in my class and every small success they experience in the class and after that.

I use different kind of material like texts, videos, audios, images, songs and much more because research shows that the majority of learners are multimodal learners. In order to create an interesting and effective learning environment I focus on authentic material in alignment with my students needs and preferences.
