Hello. My name is Abigail, and I am a native English speaker from the beautiful island of Jamaica. I coach adult learners who want to improve their English skills while having fun. I have multiple certifications in teaching English as a foreign and second language and specialize in TOEFL exam preparation where I have helped students gain an average of 86% and over.

I possess patience, kindness, and understanding. From the start, I will assess your level, do a needs analysis to determine your goals for learning English, and help you reach them one step at a time. I will personalize each lesson to meet your learning needs, style, and interests. Also, I am down-to-earth, which will make you feel comfortable in my lessons.
I have over 18 years of experience in the BPO industry, 1 year in insurance, and occasionally volunteer at a school. Therefore, I can help you achieve your goals
