I am the host of the Express to Impress podcast.
I love helping students and professionals develop communication skills that allow them to launch and advance their careers, gain admittance to great universities, and get accepted to top medical residencies.
In addition to teaching, I produce learning resources to help people develop the communication skills needed to reach their goals. I created and offer a 5-hour online video course to help non-native English speakers get jobs in English.

I am a TEFL-certified teacher with a background in international project management and marketing and communications. I am a Certified Employment Interview Professional focused on interview prep, editing, and Business English. I excel at helping individuals tell their professional stories in writing (e.g. personal statements, resumes, LinkedIn profiles) and in interviews. I have Bachelor's and Master's degrees in International Business, Spanish, and International Studies. I have taught 300+ pronunciation classes on Italki, and I'm happy to help with pronunciation and accent reduction during our lessons. My students say they feel comfortable talking to me and describe me as friendly. Some of my students have landed interviews at their dream companies, but feel anxious about it. They want to practice answering tough questions, and they want someone else searching their resume and mind to find the perfect experiences to bring up in the interview. I also work with university students who know how important their first steps are as a professional and who want some support in getting into their dream graduate school, getting an internship, or landing a great job.
