I have learned with Fanny weekly for two years now and it’s something I look forward to! She is very patient and makes me feel at ease when I try describing new things or attempt new sentence structure. She has much knowledge of English and Chinese grammar and can easily explain the difference in usage (if that’s what you’re into!). Fanny is able to converse easily about a variety of topics and has helped me immensely learning Chinese!

The teacher was very responsive to my questions, gave excellent explanations, but also kept us on track.

Fanny is an excellent teacher! She is very attentive to detail and very good at explaining the difference between words that are easy to confuse in Mandarin. I am an Upper Intermediate (B2) speaker of Chinese, and I think Fanny is very good at teaching to this level. I highly recommend taking a lesson with her!
