Fun, effective, interesting, and very enjoyable lesson. We talked about the regional differences in dialect and accent and I got to learn many expressions. Every time I get to know so many interesting things about the country and language. We solved my doubts in grammar and expression. I receive material to learn more about the things we talked about. Zé is just the best teacher!

Zé is an amazing, knowledgeable, and highly skilled teacher! He makes learning European Portuguese fun and interactive. To practice, we have conversations about everyday life including local events, restaurants, and movies. He is kind and supportive and corrects mistakes in a polite way. He offers helpful materials in the form of online books, audio, and videos. He is invested in helping you learn European Portuguese and I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Zé as he is not only a patient teacher, but also encouraging and has interesting materials, information and personal anecdotes that he shares during lessons that allow you to learn more about Portugal and about himself as a Portuguese citizen. He offers a healthy balance of speaking and listening, and I like going over our chat notes to reinforce what I learned. He also speaks clearly (at what seems like) his natural pace which is not too fast. I feel comfortable interrupting him to ask him to repeat words or phrases that I did not understand, and he clarifies them on the chat box. He also pays attention to your pronunciation which is so important in learning this difficult language! Obrigada, Zé.
