### Class Attendance Policy
1. *Instructor's Late Arrival*:
I may arrive or finish up to 5 minutes late due to back-to-back classes. This brief delay allows me to take a short break, but I assure you that the full class duration will still be provided.
2. *Student's Late Arrival*:
If a student is late, I will wait up to *15 minutes* after the scheduled start time. If the student does not arrive within this window, the class will be considered a *no-show* and will be charged in full.
3. *No-Show Policy*:
If a student cannot attend a class, they must notify me at least *24 hours in advance*. Italki will charge you, if its an emergency im flexible.สื่อการสอนของฉัน

Roxanna is a spectacular teacher. Fun yet focused. Fully immersive approach, yet able to switch to (excellent) English for a moment if helpful. Able to adjust approach on the fly, and to tackle unexpected questions with supporting materials at the ready. Great homework assignments. Very interactive, supportive, encouraging, and simply a lovely person to work with!

I take lessons from multiple teachers in italki but Roxanna is by far my favorite. She's the easiest to talk to and I feel super comfortable having a conversation and learning from her. Her Spanish and English are excellent which makes it even more easy to learn. She's very professional but also laid back and fun to talk to. The time always flys with her. If you are looking for a Spanish teacher you can not do better than her. Her teaching skills are extraordinary. I look forward to many more clases with Roxanna!
