Mads

I greatly enjoyed the lesson with Mads. He's very encouraging and supportive and gives clear explanations with examples. The atmosphere during the lesson was very friendly and comfortable.

Mads has built my confidence to speak Norwegian after only a couple of lessons. He is a great conversation partner and fun to talk to as well. I was almost too nervous to speak before our first lesson, but we had a great conversation which fit my needs. He can also suggest better ways to say certain sentences and helps with grammar. Highly recommend!

After having enjoyed some lessons with Mads, I can wholeheartedly recommend him as a teacher. He ensures that the lessons are engaging, creates a comfortable environment to make mistakes, and keeps the conversation going. Before each lesson he manages to recommend interesting podcasts that fit my interests and level to discuss during the lesson. These discussions are always dynamic with ample opportunity for me to formulate my thoughts (even when the topic is outside my comfort zone). Mads always creates a safe environment to make mistakes. Finally, each lessons ends with a useful review of grammar/mistakes where he not only helps me understand the mistakes I made, but also gives me tips on how to sound more fluent. All in all, every lesson with Mads is a joy, and I already feel more comfortable using Norwegian even with difficult topics outside my comfort zone. I can already thank Mads for the good lessons he provided, and I hope there will be many more good lessons in the future!

I enjoyed the conversation really much even though my Norwegian isn't really good. He is very patient and nice teacher. Before the lesson I was stressed a bit because it was my first time speaking Norwegian to anyone but then I totally chilled out. I recommend him really much

Mads is great at identifying the student's needs and understanding the best pace of learning. He is very accommodating and helpful, and encourages the student for as much conversation as possible, to achieve best results.
