⭐ Michael ⭐

I feel so lucky I found Michael here on Italki. He is patient and shows interest to every word I say. As I am trying to make complete sentences, whether it is right or wrong, he is simultaneously making notes on his end all my errors (which I have alot) for me to review at a later time. His method of teaching is A+. I always look forward to his class. Give him a try.

Une première leçon très agréable. Michael est un prof expérimenté et attentif. J’ai eu beaucoup d’opportunité de parler pendant la leçon, et Michael a corrigé mes erreurs avec patience et m’a donné beaucoup d’encouragements. Il m’a aussi donné quelques astuces pour améliorer les points faibles qu’il a identifiés pendant notre conversation. Merci beaucoup, Michael—ça m’a fait plaisir de te parler !

I just had my first lesson with Michael, and it was fantastic! I have another tutor on iTalki who I adore, but I wanted to find another one to supplement my studies and to provide more flexibility in scheduling. I expected to have to try several teachers, but I know that I don't need to look any further. Michael was extremely friendly, patient, and encouraging. I appreciated that the first thing he asked was whether I preferred that we use "tu" or "vous" with each other. He then kept the conversation moving along fluidly for the entire session. He asked questions which allowed him to get to know me and my journey with French, making small corrections (at my request) in the chat when applicable. Toward the end of our conversation, he offered a debrief, pointing out the things that I seemed to do well and the things that we might want to focus on in future lessons. I absolutely recommend Michael to anyone interested in practicing their conversational French!

Michael est un excellent prof ! Il sait comment corriger les erreurs sans interrompre la conversation. Il est aussi très attentif et fait des observations très justes et pertinentes qui font qu’on puisse progresser plus rapidement. Il est très agréable et a beaucoup de choses intéressantes à dire, ce qui fait que la conversation se déroule très bien.
