Hello and welcome to italki! My name is Albina and I'm a qualified Russian and English teacher. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics. I've been a teacher more than 4 years teaching Russian as a Foreign language and English as a Second Language.
I have found great joy in seeing my students succeed and grow in their language learning journey. It is incredibly rewarding to witness their progress and know that I have played a part in it. This sense of accomplishment has only reinforced my desire to continue teaching and helping others reach their goals.

I provide a highly customized lesson for every student. I make sure that every lesson is tailored to the student’s individual needs, interests and learning pace.
If you would like to practise speaking, we can do more conversation-based activities. Through our real conversations, we are able to discover lots of new language and phrases that natives use, in their natural environment. If you'd like to work on grammar or pronunciation, we can do so.

In a month and ten days Albina led me on my learning journey through the Russian language. We started from scratch and we just completed the A1 level.
Lessons are well tailored to my needs and interests; she is a kind and patient teacher and at the same time she's able to focus on my weak points, helping me to review material and take things from the right perspective.
The words of Benjamin Franklin: "tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn" are very well suited to describe Albina's approach to teaching.
