Nessma Hassan

Today, I had my first Arabic lesson with Nessma on italki, and I am thoroughly impressed. Nessma demonstrated outstanding teaching skills and a deep understanding of both the language and the learning process. Her approach to teaching is both engaging and effective. She tailored the lesson to suit my beginner level, ensuring that the pace was comfortable yet challenging enough to keep me motivated. Nessma’s explanations were clear and concise, making complex concepts easy to grasp. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn Arabic.

I took about 10 Arabic lessons with Nessma before going on vacation to Egypt. Nessma is an amazing teacher! She is kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and really goes above and beyond for her students. She customized the lessons to exactly what I needed to know for my trip. I would recommend her to anyone. 'Alfi shukr Nessma!

Nessma is a brilliant, engaging, well-organised and supportive teacher. Her English is perfect, and her learning resources are super helpful. I look forward to continuing my learning with her.

Nessma helped me to speak and also to learn some directions and other nouns. It was a helpful review and I learned some new things too. She explained the difference between the endings of a noun that has two things and two people, which is a very slight difference in pronunciation. I'm looking forward to our next lesson.

Nessma asked me what the meaning of beauty was in Arabic and we discussed different aspects of beauty and how each person views beauty differently. She encouraged me that the more we talk about different topics, the more I will be able to remember words and speak the language with more confidence and she was right. I'm starting to remember a lot more vocabulary and sentence structure. We agreed to do more verb conjugation and reviewing in books on certain grammatical concepts for the next lesson.

I really enjoyed this first lesson, Nessma is a very good listener, caring and patient, she has a pedagogical experience that allows good structuring and support , i'm delighted to start with her.
