Hi, My name is Kawroj. I am native Turkish and Kurdish speaker from Turkey, and teach Turkish and Kurdish. I also have experience and a college degree as a Geography teacher!
Until recently, Kurdish was a language that has not been accessable because it has been prohibited in the countries where it is spoken. Also, on the internet, Google Translate and online dictionaries are not always accurate. This is why it is important to have access to native speakers like me to help you learn the language!
I also teach Turkish! I grew up in Turkey, so I understand the culture, and speak Turkish at a native level. So if you need help understanding the language, I can also help you learn!ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I taught geography for eight years, and recieved my geography degree from Ankara Public University. I have also been teaching language for seven years. Because of this, I have lots of experience as a teacher, and know how to understand and adapt to your needs as a student.
For our learning journey, I will help you by using flashcards, slides, listening exercises, and will create a personal document just for you to help you learn the language!
It is important that you know the most common words first because you will use these 80% of the time, so I prepared a list of the most common verbs in Turkish and Kurdish. We will also start by learning common nouns and adjectives.

It is important to understand what my students want. As a teacher, I want to help you learn in the way that is best for you. I had a really good time talking to Kawroj! She is very easy to talk to and she was always very patient in helping with corrections and to form sentences. I really appreciated her love for cultures, geography, history, etc. because those are things I find extremely interesting as well! I will definitely continue booking lessons with her for the forseeable future!

We had a really good lesson with Kawroj. She is an amazing teacher. I am a beginner in Kurdish and before the lesson, I was a little bit depressed, but thanks to Kawroj I was full of positive energy during a lesson. She is very friendly and she is really professional. I will definitely continue taking lessons with Kawroj.

The classes are always in a good atmosphere. We talk about everyday topics, practise new words and grammar. The exercises are very useful and I get a better understanding of sentence structure. I also get a lot of useful additional material, such as grammar explanations and reading small texts. Gelek spas ji bo dersên xweş!
