In the last 5 years I have been living in other countries most of the time. I studied architecture in Germany for one year. But I quickly realized that I enjoy working with people directly a lot more. That is why I love doing this job so much. Over the last few years I have given over 3600 lessons on Italki and also taught several courses personally in Colombia, where I currently live.
I am very communicative and extroverted, which makes it very easy for me to have conversations with strangers. There is no need to hide your personality. I tolerate everything as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone else.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
#1 reason why I am on Italki is because I love teaching people this wonderful German language. Cultures and languages fascinate me. I have been traveling non-stop for almost 5 years and I realize every day how important a language can be. It helps in many different areas of life:
having deeper relationships with people, understanding the other cultures, better career opportunities, having more creativity.
In addition, you develop your own personality in each language. German culture is strongly linked to the language. A huge amount of words have a very logical meaning, which explains why we are so rational😄บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
First of all, I want to say that it is 100% up to you how you want to design the class.
This is just my approach:
In my experience a mixture of grammar and conversation is the most effective method for most learners. I want you to talk as much as possible in class. I listen closely to your language and write all errors and corrections into a Google document that I share with you. If you repeat the same mistake several times, we will take a closer look at this grammar topic. If you want, I will give you homework so you can practice at home alone. I prefer a free conversation, but if you want I will also be happy to send you an article/video as a conversation basis for the lesson.สื่อการสอนของฉัน

I have had several lessons now with Theo. I give him a 5-star rating as a community tutor because: (1) he smiles a lot!; (2) he allows the student to speak, but gently interrupts to correct mistakes; and (3) he writes down corrections and suggestions that I can review later (my last 45 min lessons included 25 notes made by Theo).

Just had my first lesson with Theo. He was very patient and encouraging. He allowed me the time and welcoming space to speak and had great questions to keep the conversation moving. To top it all, provided notes for me to work on at the end. Will definitely be booking more lessons in future

Theo is one of a kind. Even after not being consistent with German and taking a long break he makes you feel comfortable to get back to learning and he creates a very inviting and welcoming atmosphere.

Theo is a great teacher. Very knowledgable but also easy going so you feel comfortable. The conversations come naturally and he has extensive knowledge of the German language. I'm finding the sessions very helpful and enjoyable.
