Hello everyone, My name is Jiyeon, and I could be your nerdy and funny teacher. I was born and raised in South Korea. And I also lived in China for 2 years and Canada for 1 year.
Learning a new language is my passion. I'm currently learning English, Chinese, Russian, and Indonesian. And I’m also taking English and Russian class in italki. From my own experience, I understand how difficult it can be to learn Korean, so I'll teach you in a fun and easy way based on my experience.
안녕하세요 한국사람 지연입니다! 저는 크로아티아에 살고 있고, 표준 한국어를 구사하고 있어요. 저는 현재 그래픽 디자이너로 일하고 있고, 외국어 공부를 좋아해요. 영어, 중국어, 러시아어, 인도네시아어. 이런 다양한 외국어들을 배우면서 생긴 경험을 토대로 여러분에게 한국어를 쉽게 가르쳐드릴게요.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
In China, I taught Korean to local students in the university for 2 years, also worked as a Chinese-Korean interpreter a few times.
I modified a lot of Korean essays for foreign students for 4 years in Korea.
Recently I taught Korean to Indonesian student online for 4 months.
중국 대학에 다니면서 2년동안 중국인 학생들을 상대로 한국어를 가르쳤고, 중-한 통번역가로도 일한 경험이 있어요.
그리고 대학다니는 4년동안 많은 유학생들의 한국어 작문숙제 첨삭을 도와줬답니다.

In my class, We are going to discuss various topics of your interest and I’ll focus on improving your fluency.
During the class, I’ll encourage you to speak as much as possible and to be confident in what you are trying to express.
I’ll give you feedback on your grammar or vocabulary. And in case you want to learn faster, I have some homework for you to be working on after class.

She is seriously the best tutor I have ever had. She beats the apps and all of the other tutors I have had. She creates a positive learning environment, gives great examples, allows you time to process the information to respond in the language you are learning. 10 out of 10 stars for every lesson.
