Philippe

Philippe is an excellent teacher. I really enjoy my lessons ! He is very kind, patient, and flexible in providing the kind of French practice I was looking for. I would recommend anyone to take a lesson with him! I had already over 110 with him :)

Very patient and helpful! He keeps me motivated. One of the best tutors/teachers I've ever had (including college professors).

First lesson but already I appreciate his style. He has a great way of making you think for yourself rather than being told. He pulled more French out of me then I even realised I knew. Phillip has a wonderful style and really tries to encourage you to find the words and not feel embarrassed about saying the wrong word (or a terrible accent!), exactly what you need to get talking and push forward with a new language.

I am very grateful for Philippe's patience - French means so much to me and yet still I get nervous when I try to articulate my thoughts. I never feel rushed or pressured by him. He gives time to get where I need to!

I've worked with Philippe for a year now. We tend to spend at least ½ of the lesson chatting, which has turned out to be very good for my progress! When I don't know the words I need, he'll type them, which helps me learn the vocabulary of my life. His English is amazing, a real asset when my French fails me. I've recently reconnected with a couple of French friends. Communication is so much better now! I look forward to many more lessons chatting with Phillipe and highly recommend him.
