I was born and raised in Japan, currently residing in Fukuoka. Three years has passed since I became a Japanese teacher. Before that, I spent many years working in the service industry. Now, I can teach you the proper use of honorific language. However, I'm not just about serious teaching; I'm a fun-loving person who enjoys joking around and engaging in deep conversations. In my spare time, I love assisting international customers in person. This experience broadens my perspectives and motivates me to learn other languages from scratch, and also enhances my teaching. I believe my ability to inject humor and engage in meaningful discussions adds a unique dimension to my teaching approach.

I've been taking lessons with Mika-Sensei for three years now! It's amazing how time flies. I've been super busy with my college work as I am nearing the end of my degree program but I still love to try and make time to take Japanese lessons with Mika-Sensei and get that practice in whenever I can. It's always so much fun learning new words and phrases! Once I graduate from college, I fully plan on devoting much more of my time to learning and studying Japanese with Mika-Sensei!
