Bárbara é uma profesora fantastica. Ela tem tanto entusiasmo, é muito divertida de conversar, me ajuda muito dentro e fora nossas aulas, e sempre me dá boas dicas e notas. Muito obrigado, Bárbara!

Bárbara is a nice person who can engage with you in a natural conversation in Portuguese. However, I did not feel like she was prepared for the lesson or adjusted it for my foundational level. She arrived late for the lesson, and also had internet issues. Despite this, she ended the lesson a few minutes before our allotted time, and seemed to run out of ideas for maintaining the conversation, and instead just finished early. I think she represents reasonable value if you are looking to practice an authentic Portuguese conversation (and have the ability to do so), but for someone like me, starting from the beginning, it was not a good fit unfortunately. I was given no lesson notes or homework, or any real feedback that I could take with me.
