After a degree in Modern Foreign Languages (English and Spanish) and a postgraduate degree in Sociolinguistics and Language Pedagogy, I have spent the past few years teaching around the world, from England to Spain, through Portugal and Australia. Curious by nature, I believe there is always something new to learn and new people to meet. Maybe you could be next?

I have taught children, teenagers and adults from many backgrounds and who spoke different mother tongues. The levels I have taught are also very diverse, from complete beginners to higher levels and I am able to use a wide range of strategies and tools. As a French native speaker, I am able to correct your mistakes easily and to teach you how people really speak and not just what you could find in a textbook. I know about the culture and I would like you to discover it through my lessons.

Lisa is a great teacher and I've learned a lot from her! I love her method of taking notes during classes, because it's very helpful when talking about different grammar points or new vocabulary that come up during the lessons! I currently have five tutors on iTalki, and have had many others in the past. I like all of my tutors, but Lisa is by far my favourite. She's reliable and easy to talk to, and provides the best feedback of any tutor I've ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly!
