Victor Lebrault

I have started my french lessons with Victor a couple of months ago. He already helped my boyfriend to get the DELF with success at the 1st attempt so I decided to book some lessons with him. In the past 3 years I tried different types of lessons and teachers and I always ended up quitting because after a while the lessons became boring and my attention decreased. This didn’t happen with Victor; they say “time flies when you have fun” and this is exactly what happens during the lessons. I discovered I can talk for 45 minutes about different topics without being blocked by the shame of making mistakes (which was my main issue); Victor is able to put you at ease so you don’t feel stressed or “under exam” and without even realizing you make progress. I strongly recommend Victor as a teacher!

Victor is a dedicated teacher who goes the extra mile for his students. My lessons with him are always interesting, challenging and fun. He plays a huge role in my progress of learning French and he excels at keeping me motivated.

I already had more than 20 lessons with Victor and I can tell that Victor is indeed a wonderful teacher on Italki. He is organized, reliable and encouraging. I enjoyed his systematic teaching style very much and have benefited a lot from the materials he prepared for students of all levels. In addition, He renovates his teaching method from time to time to better motivate his students. What a gem teacher! Victor is one of the best French teachers I've ever had

I've had a few lessons recently with Victor and he is a very, very patient teacher who uses lots of different teaching resources. He gives me the space and the confidence to speak, and while I make lots of mistakes (I'm returning to French after many years) I never feel self-conscious. The sign of a great teacher and I'm very grateful to Victor for all his help. He really motivates me.

Excellent first class with Victor. I was nervous after many years away from learning French but Victor immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in speaking. An excellent mix of speaking, vocabulary and grammar, and the hour flew by. Great experience with a great teacher.
