Fui profesor de Lengua y Literatura en escuelas secundarias durante un tiempo, pero comprobé que disfruto más trabajar con adultos que con adolescentes. I started as a language and literature teacher in high schools, but found that I enjoy working with adults much more than teenagers. It was then I decided to quit teaching in schools and start teaching one on one in private classes.

Más de 17 años de experiencia I never thought that teaching could be the right job for me, but - here I am - seventeen years and around a thousand of students later. At some point, I realised that teaching had become a passion. My professional experience before italki was focused mainly on exam preparation both in English (e.g. Cambridge, Trinity) and German (Goethe Institut, telc) and included - apart from the usual group and individual, intensive and regular courses - level-testing and organising mock exams. For several years, I also worked as an English examiner and corrector at one of the universities in Spain. I hold a C2 Certificate in Spanish (DELE).

Ellos eligen de que hablar o sobre la marcha van surgiendo temas de conversación que se van desarrollando poco a poco. yo soy muy paciente, los escucho, los dejo expresarse, nos reímos mucho, les hago preguntas, ellos hacen preguntas. hacemos todo muy dinámico.
