“Call Back” означает "Перезвонить кому-то" 

1. I missed your call earlier. I'll call you back as soon as I can.
Я пропустил твой звонок ранее. Я перезвоню тебе как только смогу.

2. Could you please leave me a message so I remember to call you back? 
Можешь, пожалуйста, оставить мне сообщение, чтобы я запомнил, чтобы перезвонить тебе?

3. She said she'll call back after she finishes her meeting. 
Она сказала, что перезвонит после того, как закончит свою встречу.
