今日は続けてPodcastを録音しています。

今回はモチベーションを保つ方法について。
みなさんは、同じモチベーションで続けていることはありますか？

私はありません！笑
モチベーションを持ち続ける、保つのはとてもむずかしいですね。でも、最近よく思うことがるので、そのことについて話します。

モチベーションを保つには、一緒にがんばる人を見つけることが大切だと思います。

最近、私は同じオンライン日本語教師のAkari さんと一緒にPodcastをとりました。68のPodcastで聞けますのでぜひ聞いてください。Instagramから知り合ったAkari さんはとても経験があり、私にとって、とても良い出会いです。仕事やそれ以外の話など、いろんな話ができて、視野が広がります。

また、日本語教師の学校では、私より20歳ほど年上の方々と一緒に日本語を教える為の勉強をしています。人生の先輩たちと話す時間はとても良い刺激があります。私の知らないことをたくさん知っているので、たくさんの発見があります。

同じ目標を持った人たちと会話をすることで、刺激をもらったり、不安を聞いてもらったり。相手の話を聞いて、はげましたり。そうやって協力しながら学習をすると、モチベーションが上がったり、つづいたりします。

日本語の学習を続けたい方は、ぜひ私といろんな話をしましょう！どんなことでもいいので、話し続けることが大切です。

私も英語のレッスンを受け続けています。
簡単には上手くならないですが、やめると、もっと下手になるので、やめずに続けています。

2.  Why it is important for people to have leisure activities?
3.  Why are some leisure activities more popular than others?

Taker your time and relax while listening to it. Pause when you have to and reflect on what's being said. The goal isn't to listen to me but to develop your own ideas as it's you whose going to take the test!
