Quienes tenemos relación con los idiomas sabemos que el aprendizaje de estos está constituido por todo un engranaje de procesos y habilidades y se consolida con la práctica verbal que, desde mi experiencia, es el último eslabón, es decir, hay un orden más o menos natural. 最近、スマホを見ている時間が長くなっていませんか？
日本人の成人１０００人に対する調査で約５０％の参加者がスマホ依存症になっていて、本人がそのことに気づいていないという結果が出ました。
私もレッスンのリクエストが来ているかどうかを確認するために、よくスマホを見ています。ポッドキャストを投稿した直後もどれぐらいの人が聞いているのかが気になって、スマホを見てしまいます。
私もスマホ依存症になっていると言っても過言ではないです。

このスマホ依存症の問題はリラックスする時間が減ったり、勉強や他のことに集中できなくなることだと思います。
なので、たまにはスマホの電源をしばらく切ったり、スマホを家に置いて外出したりして、”デジタルデトックス”をした方がいいかもしれません。
スマホを置いて散歩に行くと、春が来たことをもっと実感できるかもしれませんね。
