저는 오늘 친구하고 산에 갔어요. 
Today, I went to a mountain with my friend.

산에 가서 두 시간 동안 등산했어요.

발도 아프고 다리도 아팠어요. 
My feet hurt, and my legs also hurt.

하지만 기분이 정말 좋았어요. 
But I felt really good.

저는 다음 주 주말에 또 산에 갈 거예요.
I will go to a mountain again next weekend.

おはようございます。日本語だんだんポットキャストのゆかりです。

きのうは、暖房(だんぼう)の話をしました。

じつは今日、私の家の暖房がつきませんでした。

家のセントラルヒーティングが、こわれました。

暖房がつかないので、部屋がすごく寒くなりました。

私は部屋のオーナーに、

「あのー、セントラルヒーティングがつきません。

あたたかく、なりません。」

と言いました。

夜になって、修理(しゅうり)の人が来ました。

ぶじに、セントラルヒーティングはなおりました。

いまは、あたたかいです。

あー、ホッとしました。

では、今日も最後まで聞いてくれて、だんだん、です。

また明日！

今天想和大家聊一聊【外卖】的话题。
网上有一个采访外国人的视频，问他们最想把中国的什么东西带回自己的国家。有的人说中国的食物，有的人说中国的快递，有的人说微信，有的人说外卖。我现在生活在国外，我也很想念中国的外卖。其他国家也有外卖，我觉得中国外卖最大的特点是又多又快又便宜。
首先，中国外卖选择多。我们有两个点外卖的软件，一个是黄色的美团外卖，一个是蓝色的饿了么。打开软件，你可以看到二十多个分类，例如粉面、烧烤、快餐、咖啡奶茶、汉堡薯条等等。点开每一个分类，都有无数的商家可以选择，每个商家里面都有很多菜可以选择。你还可以选择自己的口味，例如辣度，微辣、少辣、中辣还是重辣。
第二，中国外卖很快。我在广州的时候，大部分外卖半个小时内都可以送到，有时候十五分钟就能收到。你点外卖的时候就可以看到大概需要等多少分钟，一般用餐高峰会慢一点儿。如果你很着急，你可以选择派送时间更短的店。
第三，中国外卖很便宜。很多的店都有特价菜，而且派送费只要一块钱左右甚至免派送费。如果你是会员，你还可以用红包抵扣。例如20块钱的外卖，你可以用5块钱的红包，那就只需要付15块钱就可以吃到一份饭。有的店还有一些优惠活动，例如买一送一，或者第二份半价。
不过随着中国的物价上涨，外卖也是越来越贵了，而且点外卖的时候你还需要付打包费。如果你在家里吃，可以选择不要餐具，这样可以减少一次性筷子勺子的使用哦。
